This work is a musical meditation that utilizes generative processes to create it’s texture and form. Each musician recorded several melodies. A generative patch made in Pure Data is then utilized to cue each melody at different, random times. The composer then adds slight synthesis and extreme effects to develop a whirling ambient soundscape that is both highly repetitive and excessively different.
